2. Booking & Cancellations
All services are provided by appointment only.
Clients must provide accurate facility information before booking.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide access to the facility at the agreed time.
Notify us of any hazardous conditions or sensitive equipment areas.
Ensure the facility is ready for service (e.g., areas are accessible, alarms disabled, etc.).
Failure to meet these conditions may delay or prevent service.
4. Estimates & Payment
Service estimates are based on information provided by the client or during a walkthrough.
Final pricing will be confirmed before service.
Payment is generally due prior to service in order to secure your scheduled appointment. As a preventative maintenance company, we reserve service spots in advance to ensure consistency and efficiency for all clients. Depending on the scope of work, urgency, or the specific needs of your facility, payment terms may vary and will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or quote. In all cases, payment must be confirmed before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing..
Invoices that are not paid within the agreed-upon terms — including advance payment where applicable — may be subject to late fees or result in a delay or cancellation of service. To maintain scheduling priority, we recommend confirming payment promptly once a quote or service agreement is approved.
5. Photo & Documentation Policy
We may take before-and-after photos of serviced areas strictly for internal records, insurance purposes, or marketing (only with client consent). Any shared images will not contain identifiable client information unless explicitly approved.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take great care in our work, VSS Solutions is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to property or equipment
Equipment failure unrelated to the cleaning process
Business interruption due to delayed access or external factors
Clients are responsible for alerting us to any sensitive or high-risk areas.
7. Use of Website
All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of VSS Solutions. You may not reuse, copy, or redistribute any materials without written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Use
